Aging is an accepted part of ones life which cannot be avoided. Mark Twain said that life would be considerably happy if we were born at the age of eighty and slowly approached being eighteen. Sadly, it does not work that way. All men’s physical condition depends upon the choices you make daily.
Firstly, invest in your health rather than depending upon pharmaceuticals. Taking large numbers of medication is not what makes you hale and hearty. It is never too late to start working out. Begin whilst you are still agile!
